"We've seen that 160 characters can make a difference." I couldn't agree more. In fact, it can make a HUGE difference. SMS is the leading way to provide news in the quickest way and to be honest, I think many people check their phone messages and social media updates more often than email. SMS is just a really great way to get information out the quickest way and right in front of people.
